I think Bobby Kennedy would be standing up clapping at the end of this speech. My evidence is from a book called the Last 82 Days (?) by Thurston Clarke. Apparently Kennedy was a huge advocate for the poor in the USA and globally. He was the one who fought for food stamps to be free rather than out of people's price range.
