January 31 - Got up at 5am and spent 8 hours outside in 20 degree weather with adolescent Boy Scouts today. Cheated on my diet a little bit.

I'll give you one guess as to which ones are from our troop. (Hint, our North Philly crew teamed up with a troop from nearby suburban Malvern. We brought the Klondike sled, they brought the equipment. Where are my urban/suburban partnership people?)
